The throttle has an issue with the S-Video cable sometimes it works well sometimes it's a little bit flaky.

I have no idea if these work at all or how well. This is a Saitek x52 Pro flight simulator system. There are adapters advertised around the web that can apparently be plugged between joystick and Xbox and make them compatible. Clutch button initiates 'safe mode' to allow on-the-fly profile selection, or to display. Mouse controller / hat switch with left mouse buttonl. (With luck this would include VKB who’s NXT range would be perfect for Xbox) Progressive throttle with tension adjustment, detents for afterburner and idle.
In the longer term if MSFS2020 continues to be very popular and enjoy a large following on Xbox it would make sense that other manufacturers follow Honeycomb and produce Xbox compatible variants of their control devices. The (temporary) bad news…the compatible peripherals that actually exist (T-flight and Hori) are both utter stinkers and very poorly regarded. Turtle beach have also announced a yoke/throttle combo but as yet no reviews or release date that I have seen. They will also release a hotas style setup but no reviews or release date yet, only teaser photo’s. The good news is that Honeycomb are porting their well regarded Alpha yoke, Bravo throttle quadrant and soon to be released Charlie pedals over to it. This is something that is 100% Microsoft, 100% hardware (requires the device to have a specific chip) and completely out of Asobo’s hands. As pointed out by Kuang the Xbox is a closed ecosystem and only Xbox compatible variants of the hardware are compatible with the console.
