Thanks for providing more info about this issue. But I'm doing a slow backup I'm using the program very well. Please give testing Clonezilla live 3.0.1-0531-* a try: and let's know the results. We will report this issue to the upstream, i.e., zstd. I will do it this month and get back to to you. Sorry, I have not becuase I have to get the device out to the end-user. Maybe over tired when originally trying to create the image but.
#Clonezilla wipefs error resource busy Pc
I have now renamed these folders to more fully denote the contents and from what PC it relates. I've gone back to my destination drive and inspected the folder I had attempted to save the image to, it's still empty BUT I noticed there were folders with the default name for the saved directory and they contained imaging files. Well, after trying yet again I've decided I'm either senile or Clonezilla is trying to make me feel that way. Later, when I went to Clonezilla Server I got the exact message that the storage drive with my images could not be mounted. I used Clonezilla Live to save a local image of a HD I had pulled. I believe what "broke" my storage drive and made it impossible to mount was simply saving a new image to it. Then it happened again and I paid more attention. It happened to me once, I wasted time experimenting and it somehow fixed itself. Years later I ran into the same irritating issue.
